Warranty
Richmond Hill Auto Glass (RHAG) is determined to provide top quality in service and products to its customers.
This WARRANTY is a guarantee of the quality of workmanship and Product.
All coverage under this warranty will begin on the first date of service and applies only to the products which have been sold and installed by RHAG. This warranty is valid, if the owner makes normal use of the product and has maintained the product as instructed in a normal manner.
- All windshield, side window and rear window installations properly sealed and guaranteed against leakage for as long as you own your vehicle.
- For chip repairs, we use the best quality material and techniques to help ensure your complete satisfaction and that the area of damage never becomes worse.
- Should you become dissatisfied with a chip repair, we will credit the repair cost towards a full replacement at our discounted RHAG Pricing. If your insurance company originally paid for the repair, the new credit will be applied to the portion of the charge that the insurance company will have to pay on the new replacement glass. This credit will not be applied toward any deductibles.
Limitations
PURCHASER WAIVES ALL STATUTORY-WARRANTIES AND ALL WARRANTIES IMPLED BY LAW IN CONNECTION WITH THE SALE OF THE PROPERTY DESCRIBED ABOVE AND AGREES THAT THERE ARE NO WARANTIES WHICH EXTEND BEYAOND THE DISCRIPTION ON THE FACE HEREOF IN CONNECTION WITH THIS SALE.
In no event shall RHAG be liable for incidentals or consequential damages or for any damage resulting from external causes such as abuse, mistreatment and/or the acts of God/Mother Nature.
